4. Data Storage Locations
EU-Based Storage (Primary)
All documents and personal data are stored in Supabase and Vercel in EU.
Third-Party AI Processing
To provide AI functionality, document content and queries are processed by AgentKit and OpenAI. By using AI features, you consent to this transfer under GDPR Article 49(1)(a).

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion ("Right to be Forgotten")
- Export your data (Data Portability)
- Withdraw consent for AI processing
