We provide a platform that allows you to:
- Upload documents (PDF, Word, TXT, MD, CSV, SQL, images)
- Create AI agents with custom instructions
- Chat with AI agents that reference your documents
- Embed chat widgets on your website
3. Acceptable Use
You may NOT:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Upload sensitive personal data of others without consent
- Use the Service to generate harmful or deceptive content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
4. AI-Generated Content

AI responses are generated by third-party models (OpenAI) and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on AI outputs for legal, medical, or financial decisions without verification. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before use.
5. Data Processing

- Documents are stored in the EU
- AI processing involves data transfer
- You consent to this transfer by using AI features
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
